Wax-resin offers better resistance to smudging and surface wear while still supporting strong print quality. It is a better fit for mixed handling environments where labels are touched multiple times before final delivery.

- Test current and proposed ribbon at actual line speed.
- Verify scan reliability at receiving points, not only at print stations.
- Lock approved darkness and speed settings by site.
